Description
Supervises production workshops on a manufacturing line for thermoelectric cooling equipment, coordinating personnel, materials, equipment, quality, productivity, and output targets. The role trains new employees, identifies quality issues, and supports engineers with process improvements. Candidates need a technical, secondary, or professional college qualification and four to six years of line or supervision experience depending on internal or external candidacy; Lean Manufacturing and SPC knowledge are advantageous.
