Description
The Production Line Supervisor oversees thermoelectric cooler production processes or workshops, manages and assigns personnel, controls materials and equipment, trains new employees, checks for quality issues, and supports engineers in improving productivity and quality. Internal candidates need a high school or intermediate-level education plus at least four years of production-line supervisory experience, while external candidates need an intermediate-level or college education plus at least six years of experience. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and SPC is advantageous, along with familiarity with screening, inspection, and testing processes.
