Description

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC is seeking dynamic SERE Section Leads (PR/SERE HRTI) to assist the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) in their training initiatives. The role involves coordinating with Government Section Leads, ensuring contractor personnel perform duties according to the Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable MARFORSOC PR/SERE and MRTC Program Objectives (POIs), and communicating with the Task Lead regarding manning or performance issues. Responsibilities also include serving as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for all PR/SERE events.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Two (2) years of leadership experience (military, contract or civilian) as a Section Lead (SE or RE equivalent) for a PR/SERE or SOF specific high-risk course.
Six (6) years’ experience as a SERE Instructor at a DoD FSLC SERE school.
Must be resident expert in Personnel Recovery, Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (PR/SERE) Instruction and training;Specialized JPRA training courses PR303, SERE350, SERE370 and SERE360 or commensurate verifiable experience.
Minimum of 12 months in assigned section conducting HRTI SERE Instructor duties.
Preferred Qualifications: Five years of Section Lead (SE or RE equivalent) for a PR/SERE
Five years of SERE Instructor at a DoD FSLC SERE school.
Five years of (PR/SERE) Instruction and training.
Five years of Leadership experience (military, contract or civilian).
One year of Conducting HRTI SERE Instructor duties.
