Description
The role is responsible for monitoring equipment and fire-safety systems, advising employees on fire prevention and physical well-being, supporting working conditions, and handling and storing bales by type and material. It requires team leadership experience, communication, proactivity, knowledge of production processes, and time management, along with a completed high school education; a technologist degree or higher education is desirable. The schedule is 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with meal allowance, meals on site, transportation vouchers, medical and dental plans, parking, company transportation, and pharmacy benefits.
