Astoria Operations is hiring a Section Manager for its Technical Services team to oversee the safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of testing instrumentation, electronic equipment, safety materials, meters, and related systems. The role leads management and union teams, coordinates scheduling and resource requirements, manages budgets, supports customer needs and regulatory compliance, develops employees, and may require emergency response, field travel, and work during non-business hours.
