Saab is hiring a Weapons & Optronics Section Manager to lead a newly established section that combines maintenance operations across two technical areas. The role oversees approximately 60 employees through four group managers and is responsible for operations, employees, finances, deliveries, strategy, development, and collaboration. The position requires managerial or leadership experience in technically advanced operations, operational development, business understanding, and relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience; defense-industry experience and experience leading other managers are advantageous. The role requires security vetting and may require a particular citizenship for classified positions.
