Description
The Structural Section Manager leads Burns & McDonnell’s Great Lakes transportation structural team, guiding strategy and profitable growth, staffing and workload, technical design guidance, employee development, performance management, budgets, proposals, and quality and safety compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, an Illinois Structural License, and 8–15 years of related professional experience in bridge design and/or project management, along with proven sales and business development, leadership, analytical, communication, and bridge-design software skills.
