Ouihelp is hiring a Sector Coordinator in Bordeaux to coordinate schedules and contracts for approximately thirty home-care assistants, manage cover and staffing needs, ensure service quality, follow up with assistants and clients, maintain data compliance, and recruit care staff. The role requires a Bac +2 qualification, preferably in health or social/medico-social fields, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, scheduling, and computer skills. Compensation is €28,200 gross per year, with health insurance coverage at 80%, meal vouchers, and the possibility of remote work.
