Ouihelp is hiring a Sector Coordinator in Nancy on a permanent contract to coordinate schedules and contracts for approximately thirty home-care assistants, manage coverage and staffing needs, monitor service quality and client and assistant satisfaction, maintain data compliance, and recruit the home-care assistant team. The role requires at least a Bac + 2 qualification, preferably in healthcare or medico-social fields, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, scheduling, and customer-oriented skills. Compensation is €28,200 gross per year, with health insurance coverage of 80%, meal vouchers, training, and opportunities for remote work.
