The role covers team leadership, market growth and client engagement in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, project delivery and governance, risk management, and digital innovation. The position offers flexible full-time, part-time, job-sharing, and hybrid work arrangements, with applications reviewed as they are received.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, with eligibility for or current professional registration or accreditation in the field.
Required Previous Experiences: Extensive experience in city-shaping projects and leadership of complex multidisciplinary teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
Market-facing experience with client relationship management, business development, and winning strategic pursuits and proposals.
Experience with technical excellence and governance leadership, including profit and loss reporting, project quality, risk management, and delivery in large matrixed organisations.
Preferred Qualifications: Strategic mindset, commitment to innovation and digital capability, inclusive practice, and experience working with First Nations stakeholders.
