Responsibilities include participating in proposal development, ensuring project deadlines and quality, managing budgets, and fostering team performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bac+2 in public works, over ten years of experience in construction leadership, preferably in demolition or utility network sectors, and possess strong managerial and negotiation skills.
