The role combines business development and operations, including building relationships with healthcare and social-care professionals, handling home-care requests, proposing assistants, and overseeing service quality. It also manages the intervention schedule, participates in recruitment, supervises and retains home-care assistants, and manages a growing team. The position is a CDI management/Team Leader role at 37 hours per week, starting ASAP, with health insurance, income protection, mileage reimbursement, and a gross salary of at least €27,600 per year.
