C3EL is seeking a Secure AV / SIPRNet Support Engineer in Alexandria, Virginia, to provide technical, administrative, and end-user support for enterprise secure audio/video and video conferencing systems in a classified Department of Homeland Security or Department of Defense environment. The role covers configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, cybersecurity compliance, Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms support, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, documentation, and coordination with government personnel and vendors. U.S. citizenship, an active Secret or higher security clearance, and relevant AV, classified-network, and Information Assurance experience are required.
