Vandurit GmbH is hiring a full-time, permanent Machining Expert in Leverkusen to program and operate Werth VideoCheck multisensor coordinate measuring machines, conduct production-run, sampling, and first-article inspections of complex indexable inserts, document measurements, support ISO 9001 quality management, analyze deviations, prepare 8D reports, and approve production batches. The role requires technical vocational training, metrology expertise, familiarity with quality management methods, and experience assessing hard and brittle materials such as carbide, ceramic, PKD, and pCBN.
