Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Secure Software Engineer for a full-time, direct W2, 100% remote U.S. position. The role embeds application security throughout the software development lifecycle, partnering with engineering teams to design secure systems, identify vulnerabilities, and reduce production risk. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of application security or security engineering experience, knowledge of OWASP and exploit patterns, hands-on code review, SAST/DAST/SCA and CI/CD security tooling, cloud security, authentication and cryptography, programming for automation, and Agile collaboration. The salary range is $100,000–$150,000 annually, and the employer does not sponsor new H-1B visa petitions.
