Description
PA Consulting is hiring an IT Support Analyst to support UK users outside London in a secure environment. The role handles user requests and tickets, provides technical input to projects, supports business-critical systems, manages data and documentation, and maintains secure IT environments. It requires customer-facing IT support experience, knowledge of Windows, Azure, Office 365, and Intune, and preferably Azure Virtual Desktop experience. The position is available on-site five days per week with some travel to other offices and requires UK single-nationality and at least five years of UK residency for security clearance.
