PA Consulting is hiring an IT Support Analyst to provide secure IT support to UK users outside London. The role handles user requests and tickets, supports business-critical systems, contributes to team projects, manages data and environment reports, and requires on-site availability five days per week with some travel. Candidates need customer-facing IT support experience, knowledge of Windows, Azure, Office 365, and Intune, and preferably Azure Virtual Desktop experience. UK single-nationality applicants must have resided in the UK for at least five years to obtain the required security clearance.
