Description
The Securities Support Associate provides licensed administrative support to Your Journey Financial Advisors, handling brokerage account openings, transfers, servicing transactions, advisor and client inquiries, operational issues, compliance documentation, and process improvement. The role reports to Your Journey Financial Advisors and is a full-time in-person position based in either the Gastonia or Hickory office, with annual compensation of $60,000–$80,000 and benefits including health insurance, a 401K match, paid time off, holiday pay, and annual bonus eligibility.
