Description
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a mid-level to senior associate for its Structured Finance practice. The role requires at least three years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate, or real estate finance, along with excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience. CLO, CMBS, repo, and other ABL finance experience is a plus. The expected base salary is $260,000 to $435,000 per year, with potential performance and discretionary bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and possible relocation benefits.
