Description
The Security Systems Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security alarm wiring, access control equipment, control panels, sensors, cameras, and related electrical and network components. The role includes drilling holes, routing cables, mounting equipment, testing circuits and backup batteries, troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues, and completing projects safely and on schedule. It requires at least three years of low-voltage field experience, professional communication and delegation skills, and a high school diploma or GED; the work involves outdoor or construction environments and physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
