Description
The Security Agent is responsible for protecting a hotel’s premises, assets, staff, and visitors through patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control, alarm response, incident investigation, trespasser apprehension, key control, and emergency support. The role also assists with guest relations, fire safety, parking security, and coordination with hotel management and local authorities. Candidates need a high school education or equivalent, at least two years of similar or security-related experience, English proficiency, and strong situational awareness, confidentiality, and adaptability.
