Description
The Security Guard patrols hotel guest, public, back-of-house, parking, and other designated areas; monitors entrances, exits, access points, and restricted areas; responds to security incidents and emergencies; reports suspicious activity and safety hazards; coordinates with CCTV and security control; assists with evacuations and incident investigations; controls movement of employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries; and maintains security logs and confidential records. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior security experience preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment, knowledge of emergency and fire procedures, strong observation and communication skills, physical fitness, and availability for flexible shifts.
