Description
The employer is seeking two hands-on Akamai WAF contractors to support the WebSec team during a transition period. The roles focus on operating and troubleshooting Akamai WAF and edge security in production, responding to security incidents, tuning WAF rules, managing configurations, supporting TLS and certificate issues, handling changes, and maintaining operational documentation. Direct Akamai WAF experience is required, while experience with Akamai Bot Manager, rate controls, certificate management, ecommerce or high-traffic API platforms, and runbooks is preferred.
