Description
The Security Analyst will support physical security management across IntouchCX’s India campus locations, promote security and fraud awareness, assist with client risk and go-live assessments, support fraud prevention, investigate security and fraud cases, maintain compliance, conduct external audits and risk assessments, monitor incidents, gather data, and oversee the site security team. The role requires security knowledge, situational awareness, communication skills, teamwork, and on-call availability; a post-secondary degree is preferred and a security background is ideal but not required.
