The role supports a DMV security team by researching threats, hunting suspicious activity, analyzing logs, assisting with incident response, managing vulnerabilities, delivering security awareness training, automating security tasks, and supporting endpoint and network security. The position requires basic server or network administration skills, a high school diploma, and offers training; preferred qualifications include IT security experience, SIEM and endpoint security experience, PowerShell and Group Policy knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
