Description
Tribe is hiring a Security and AI Governance Lead to report to the CTO and own corporate security, compliance, SOC 2 and Trust Center programs, client-facing security reviews, risk and incident operations, and governance for AI systems and secure delivery. The role is hands-on and technical, requiring the ability to interrogate architectures and data flows, validate evidence, resolve inconsistencies, and build reusable controls and partnerships as the company scales. Candidates need at least 8 years of security experience, including enterprise security and GRC program leadership, security reviews, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 cycles, and technical depth; AI or AI-native services experience is preferred.
