Security Architect at Arcadis

Arcadis is hiring a Tech Security Architect to define and govern secure, resilient technology architecture across enterprise infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, AI/ML, edge, and emerging technologies. The role translates business and risk priorities into architectural principles, standards, roadmaps, migration plans, threat models, detection engineering, secure runbooks, and continuous threat exposure management, while partnering with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, SOC, risk, legal, vendors, and DevOps teams. It also includes coaching, mentoring, trade-off analysis, and accountability for technology health, safety, and wellbeing. The role requires at least eight years of security-related architecture experience, enterprise architecture expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or equivalent senior experience is preferred.
