Capco is hiring a permanent Security Architect in London on a hybrid basis to lead secure, scalable architecture for financial institutions. The role covers enterprise security strategy, cloud and hybrid system design, threat modelling, risk assessments, DevSecOps, and responsible AI guardrails, while mentoring engineering, architecture, and delivery teams. Candidates need extensive cloud and hybrid architecture experience, knowledge of security frameworks and Zero Trust, expertise across IAM, endpoint, application and network security, and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.
