Lockheed Martin Pike County Operations is hiring a Security Associate Manager to lead a security team and serve as the Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) for Special Access Program and collateral security operations in a missile-manufacturing environment. The role oversees CSSOs, security objectives, compliance, PERSEC, Safeguarding, facility accreditations, incident response, and the annual SETA agenda. Candidates must hold a Final Top Secret clearance, have documented CSSO and employee-management experience, and be able to obtain and maintain SAP access. The position is full-time, scheduled Tuesday through Friday for 10 hours per day, with a salary range of $89,100 to $165,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
