MultiCare is hiring an on-call security officer to serve as the initial security point of contact for hospitals and clinics where higher-level security officers are not deployed. The role greets patients and visitors, performs initial security assessments, determines the business reason for entry, and provides courteous assistance and directions. It is an entry-level, non-clinical security position requiring excellent customer service, discretion, good judgment, and a professional manner. A high school education, customer service experience, and security experience are preferred but not required. The position offers a pay range of $17.35 to $24.53 USD and medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
