Carvana is hiring a full-time Safe & Secure Gate and Lot Associate to protect its associates, customers, and vehicles. The role covers gate access control, vehicle movement, safety audits, hazard spotting, emergency response, CCTV and RFID monitoring, and vehicle-location reporting. It requires 1–2 years of customer-service experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, and the ability to work in varied weather and extended standing.
