The role covers gate access control, vehicle movement and inventory tracking, safety audits, hazard response, emergency procedures, CCTV and RFID monitoring, and vehicle-location reporting. It requires 1–2 years of customer-service experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, physical ability to walk, lift, and stand for extended periods, and regular attendance.
