Carvana is hiring a full-time Safe & Secure Associate to protect its associates, customers, and vehicles at a 24/7 car dealership. The role covers gate access control, vehicle movement and inventory tracking, safety audits, emergency response, CCTV and RFID monitoring, and lot-wide safety operations. It requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
