Carvana is hiring a full-time Safe & Secure Gate and Lot Security Associate to protect its associates, customers, and vehicles at a 24/7 location. The role covers gate access control, vehicle movement and inventory tracking, camera and RFID monitoring, safety audits, emergency response, de-escalation, and vehicle-location reporting. It requires 1–2 years of customer-service experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, physical ability to walk, lift, and stand for extended periods, and English proficiency.
