Description
The Security Officer performs security duties across hotel duty posts such as the security control room, lobby, loading bay, patrol, observation, back-of-house, and VIP parking. Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, responding to faults, assisting guests and employees, coordinating with departments and government agencies during emergencies, monitoring unauthorized access, following fire and life-safety procedures, and attending briefings and training. The role requires a relevant degree or diploma and 1–2 years of experience.
