Description
Kasa is hiring a Security Associate for The Kasa Downtown Los Angeles to patrol and monitor the hotel property, respond to security alerts and emergencies, document incidents, enforce security policies, assist guests, and collaborate with hotel and security teams. The role requires shift work, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to eight hours, and CPR and First Aid or Guard Card certification or licensing within 90 days. Prior security, law enforcement, or related experience is preferred, along with hospitality, fast-paced, and cross-departmental experience. The starting base pay is $25, with additional benefits including travel credits, paid time off, cell phone reimbursement, and health coverage.
