Description
Carvana is hiring a Safe and Secure Associate II for a full-time hourly position at $22 per hour, with Sunday-Thursday availability from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM highly preferred. The role protects associates, customers, and assets at the facility by managing gate access, egress and ingress procedures, inventory control, vehicle tracking, CCTV and RFID operations, incident response, patrols, and coordination with inspection, logistics, and security teams. The position also supports onboarding, coaching, and training of new associates. Candidates should have at least one year of internal Carvana Safe and Secure experience, knowledge of security technologies, and experience with OSHA safety programs and crisis prevention or response plans. The role is safety-sensitive, requires physical lifting and extended standing, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
