Description
Franklin Academy is hiring a full-time School Monitor for a 10-month term. The role maintains a secure and safe school environment by monitoring students and staff, checking visitor identification, securing campus access, reporting incidents, supporting school functions, and responding calmly to emergencies. The position requires knowledge of school-monitoring practices, professional communication, problem-solving, emergency response, report-writing, and a high school degree or equivalent; two years of monitor experience and Spanish are preferred. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.
