Description
Binck Verkeer is hiring a Traffic Coordinator to lead traffic-control teams on major infrastructure and event projects. The role coordinates on-site staffing and safety, manages absences and complaints, supports the project manager and team leaders, and coaches colleagues. Candidates need a valid appointment pass, category B driver's license, at least three years of traffic-controller experience, team-leadership experience, Dutch fluency, and availability for 32–40 hours per week including evenings, nights, and weekends. Compensation is a gross monthly salary of €2,650–€2,900 based on 40 hours, plus an 8% holiday allowance, along with a company car, phone, and equipment.
