Description
The Security Attendant monitors mountain operations at Mt. Baker Ski Area, enforces mountain policies and safety procedures, responds to violations and incidents, prevents theft of services, and provides respectful customer service. The role requires security and on-snow training, strong communication and de-escalation skills, physical ability to work in winter conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. It is a seasonal, variable-hour position starting at $17.13 per hour, with hours ranging from 5 to 40+ per week, and is expected to end on April 18, 2027.
