Turner & Townsend is recruiting an Associate Director or Project Director to support UK defence clients in transforming project, programme, and portfolio management through digital solutions. The role assesses client requirements, implements or refines P3M methodologies and data systems, directs technology suppliers and digital implementation teams, supports stakeholder engagement and business readiness, and contributes to advisory services, bids, and client engagements. Candidates must be sole UK nationals eligible for security clearance, with experience in major capital programmes, defence delivery, project controls, secure environments, and P3M technology; APM, PMI, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
