Description
The Security Command Center Attendant monitors CCTV, alarm, access control, and fire alarm systems; responds to security incidents and emergencies; coordinates security personnel and incident response teams; maintains incident records and reports; supports HESS compliance, training, and system testing; and collaborates with Security, Operations, and Management. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of security or surveillance experience, familiarity with security systems, strong communication and organizational skills, physical fitness, and flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
