The Security Technology Governance Office is seeking a professional who combines compliance expertise with engineering execution to lead audit remediation, cross-functional governance workflows, IT security and architecture reviews, policy frameworks, regulatory and audit engagements, AI-enabled compliance operations, governance reporting, and regulatory monitoring. The role requires more than eight years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance, more than three years leading governance projects at a large internet, financial services, or cryptocurrency company, and strong knowledge of major security and regulatory frameworks. AI application, independent cross-functional leadership, technical interpretation, cloud security, and executive communication are emphasized, with Chinese fluency preferred.
