Cloaked is hiring a Security Concierge to serve as the named security contact for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and top enterprise executives. The role owns the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing protection, coordinates security services, handles escalations, translates technical issues into clear explanations, and helps build processes and product feedback as the service scales. It requires hands-on security troubleshooting, strong communication and emotional intelligence, discretion, and experience in high-touch client-facing or personal-protection work.
