The Security Concierge provides the first impression of SpaceX’s security requirements for employees, customers, vendors, and guests at its facilities. The role handles special events and visits, customer service, access control, escorts, tours, incident response, surveillance monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination with security leadership and other departments. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of customer service or facility security experience, and availability for varied schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and rotating shifts. The listed Level 1 base pay is $27.00, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
