ESMC GmbH is hiring a Security Control Center Operator / Technical Staff – Emergency Response to monitor building control, fire alarm, gas warning, and CCTV systems in the Emergency Response Center, respond to emergencies, coordinate fire brigade deployments, and perform on-site safety checks for hazardous work. The role also includes safety patrols, emergency equipment maintenance, and documentation of incident responses. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or technical/vocational apprenticeship, fluent German and good English, and readiness for continuous 12-hour rotating day/night shifts. The position is based at the company’s new Greenfield site in Dresden and offers a permanent contract, relocation support, pension benefits, and training.
