Description
Meta is hiring a Security Delivery Manager to lead and drive end-to-end security program delivery across vulnerability management, security tooling operations, incident response readiness, and cross-functional partnerships. The role oversees multiple security delivery managers, defines multi-year delivery strategy and operating models, establishes metrics and reporting frameworks, coordinates with engineering, legal, policy, trust and safety, and infrastructure leadership, manages delivery risks and escalations, and develops program managers. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years managing managers or leading multi-team organizations, and 10+ years of program or project management experience focused on security, trust and safety, risk, or compliance.
