Ochsner Health is hiring a Security Operations Specialist to answer routine and emergency security calls, dispatch security officers, respond to hospital and clinic codes, monitor video screens, maintain security logs and computer records, and support emergency preparedness for the main campus and regional clinics. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of telephone operator, dispatcher, or related experience, computer and data-entry skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, and IAHSS certification within 90 days of promotion or hire.
