Security Domain Expert, Perimeter and Network Security, Enterprise Technology Services at Apple

Apple's Emerging Technologies team is seeking a Security Domain Expert to serve as the technical authority for its perimeter and network security platform. The role advises application and infrastructure teams on traffic patterns, security requirements, and platform capabilities; represents the team in architecture reviews, security forums, and executive briefings; evaluates emerging threats; aligns cross-organizational security initiatives; and translates complex security concepts for engineers and senior leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 12 years of security engineering or security architecture experience, and deep expertise in perimeter security, proxy technologies, TLS, WAF, DDoS mitigation, bot prevention, and security policy enforcement across distributed infrastructure.
