The role covers security reviews, secure architecture, SDLC practices, threat modeling, penetration testing, security automation, guidance, training, metrics, and security projects. Candidates need at least two years of non-internship experience in troubleshooting, security risk identification and mitigation, scripting and security code review, vulnerability analysis, and mentoring or engineering leadership. The position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a base salary of CAD 107,600 to 179,700 annually and medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and AD&D insurance benefits.
